'X' Prequel Movie 'Pearl' Gets Terrifying First Trailer - Watch Now!

Mia Goth looks terrifying in the just released trailer for Pearl, the prequel to X, the popular horror movie released in March 2022.

Filmmaker Ti West returns with another chapter from the twisted world of X, in this astonishing follow-up to the year’s most acclaimed horror film. Trapped on her family’s isolated farm, Pearl must tend to her ailing father under the bitter and overbearing watch of her devout mother. Lusting for a glamorous life like she’s seen in the movies, Pearl’s ambitions, temptations, and repressions all collide, in the stunning, technicolor-inspired origin story of X’s iconic villain.

X takes place in 1979 and follows a group of young filmmakers who set out to make an adult film in rural Texas, but when their reclusive, elderly hosts catch them in the act, the cast find themselves fighting for their lives. X is also getting a sequel as well.

Pearl will be released in theaters on September 16.
