Bachelor Alum Madison Prewett Engaged To Boyfriend Grant Troutt

Congrats are in order for Madison Prewett – she just got engaged!

The 26-year-old The Bachelor alum revealed the happy news on her Instagram, showing off the stunner of a ring that boyfriend Grant Troutt proposed with.

“7.31.22. You were worth the wait,” Madison captioned her post on the platform.

In an interview with People, Madison opened up about Grant‘s beachside proposal that happened on Sunday, July 31.

“Grant was waiting for me and led me out to the beach, where he had candles and flowers and a Bible with my new name on it,” she shared with the outlet.

According to her, Grant‘s plans actually changed multiple times before he surprised her.

“He actually was supposed to come with me and my friends to Florida but he got sick and wasn’t able to make it,” she shared. “I thought we were celebrating one of our friend’s birthdays. I was told we were taking birthday pictures on the beach and when I came down, my best friend led me into the bathroom where my mom and sisters were with the dress I wanted to get engaged in.”

Madison added, “I have waited for this day my whole life. I am so excited that it’s finally here. He is everything I have prayed for, waited for, and dreamed of my whole life. He was definitely worth the wait.”

Just a few weeks ago, Grant gushed over Madison in his own Instagram post.

“Madison, crazy how fast 5 months has flown by? You make me smile like nobody else. You have an infectious laughter and joy about you that is so attractive to the world. You love people fiercely,” he wrote. “I’ve never met somebody that walks with such grace and beauty…”
