Dan + Shay's Shay Mooney Expecting Baby No. 3 with Wife Hannah

Shay Mooney and his wife Hannah are having another baby!

The 30-year-old Dan + Shay singer revealed on Friday (August 12) that he and his wife, 31, are expecting their third child with a very funny announcement involving their two kids.

In a video shared on Instagram, Shay and Hannah talk to their sons Asher, 5, and Ames, 2, about having another sibling where the boys both say that they want a baby sister. Hannah then reveals that she is expecting another boy.

“I wanted a sister,” Asher says.

“I know baby,” Hannah responds. “God knows what we need and God decided you needed another baby brother because you’re such a good big brother to Amesy.”

“But does he know that I want a girl so is he gonna give a girl baby?” Asher then asks.

The video then cuts to Ames, who looks confused by the news before saying, “Oh.” He then leans into Hannah’s belly and says, “Hey.”

Shay and Hannah have been married since 2017.
