New York prosecutors charged him and the Trump Organization in an alleged scheme to evade taxes on more than $1.7 million in income last year, and he originally pled not guilty to the charges.

The 15 felony counts include a scheme to defraud, conspiracy, grand larceny and falsifying business records.

“This plea agreement directly implicates the Trump Organization in a wide range of criminal activity and requires Weisselberg to provide invaluable testimony in the upcoming trial against the corporation,” New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg said.

Donald Trump was not charged. The investigation into himself and the organization is still ongoing.

The trial is scheduled to begin on October 24.
