Paul Mescal Suits Up for 'Aftersun' Premiere During Toronto Film Festival 2022

Paul Mescal suits up for the premiere of his new movie Aftersun during the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival on Monday (September 12) at the TIFF Bell Lightbox in Toronto, Canada.

The 26-year-old Normal People star posed for photos with director Charlotte Wells and producer Adele Romanski. He and Charlotte also took official portraits in the Getty Images Portrait Studio during the event.

Notably absent from the premiere was Paul‘s young co-star Frankie Corio. She was in attendance for the movie’s premiere at the 2022 Edinburgh International Film Festival earlier this summer.

Here’s a synopsis of the movie: Aftersun centers on Sophie (Corio), who reflects on the shared joy and private melancholy of a holiday she took with her father twenty years earlier.
