ORIGINAL POST DETAILS:

On March 31, 2020, Grantham allegedly killed his mother by shooting her in the head while she played the piano. According to the CBC, Grantham took videos and rehearsed the killing, and confessed on camera about what he did while showing his mother’s deceased body.

After killing his mother, Grantham allegedly packed his car with several guns and ammunition, 12 Molotov cocktails, camping supplies and a map with directions to Rideau Cottage, Trudeau’s residence.

He never made it to the Cottage and instead turned himself in to the police.

His sister found their mother’s body on April 1, 2020. Reports indicate he was “experiencing urges to commit violence and kill himself, along with escalating feelings of self-hatred and guilt over his mother, potentially learning he had stopped attending classes at Simon Fraser University.”

Grantham appeared in 2010′s Diary of a Wimpy Kid and 2009′s The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. He also appeared in a 2019 episode of Riverdale, where he played Jeffery Augustine, who killed Archie Andrews’ father, and also had roles in The CW’s Supernatural and iZombie.
