Hilaria Baldwin Opens Up About 'Mom Guilt' After Welcoming Seventh Child

Hilaria Baldwin is speaking candidly about her big family.

Days after welcoming baby No. 7 – daughter Ilaria Catalina Irena – with husband Alec Baldwin, the 38-year-old author and yoga instructor took to social media on Monday (September 26) to open up about her “mom guilt.”

Along with Ilaria, Hilaria and Alec, 64, are also parents to Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 4, Eduardo, 2, and Lucia, 18 months. Alec is also dad to 26-year-old daughter Ireland, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

“Making sure my other babies feel they have mama time too,” Hilaria wrote on her Instagram Story while getting ready for a walk with Eduardo and Lucia.

“Bringing baby home is magical, and it’s always a transition that we all feel,” Hilaria continued. “I am trying to balance new mom again, with breastfeed, healing, and hustling to make sure all my children feel that I am there to be the best mama I can be.”

Hilaria added, “Am I getting it right? Def not all the time…mama guilt? Obviously, emotions all over the place. 7th time around. I know this is a process.”
