Kendall Jenner Dishes On How She Manages Stress & Reveals The One Thing That's Been "Transformative' For Her
Kendall Jenner is opening up about how she decompresses amid her busy lifestyle.
In a new interview with WSJ magazine, the 26-year-old model and reality star revealed her low key beauty secrets, go to breakfast items and how she copes with stress while launching a business.
Check it out below:
On self-care and relaxation: “I love to have moments to myself, especially during busier times. I love to go back to my hotel room or my space and just decompress for a second. I love training my brain into being less stressed. I’m a natural intense stresser and I worry about a lot of things, so I’m actively working on training my brain to try to not worry as much. I do a lot of breathwork, which has been really transformative.”
On her meditative time: “I normally gravitate toward doing that later in the afternoon, after my day is done. If I have time in the morning and I don’t have to rush out, I’ll sit in my room, I’ll do some stretching and deep breathing. As I do that, I will hit my [singing] bowls a few times.”
On the most important business lesson she’s learned: “Some of the best advice I’ve gotten is having boundaries set for yourself and a healthy work-life balance. Prioritizing my well-being has shifted the way I come to work every single day. It’s made me enjoy my work a lot more.”
