Scotty McCreery & Wife Gabi Welcome First Child Together!

Scotty McCreery is a dad!

On Tuesday (October 25), the 29-year-old country music singer, who won the 10th season of American Idol, announced that he and wife Gabi welcomed their first child together, a baby boy.

Scotty took to Instagram to share a ton of photos of his baby boy, who he and Gabi named Merrick “Avery” McCreery.

“Never known a love like this🥹 Merrick ‘Avery’ McCreery joined us 11 days early on October 24th at 4:34am! 7 lbs 13oz of nothin but love💙” Scotty wrote along with several photos from inside the hospital.

Scotty added,”Thank yall for all of your prayers during this exciting season of life! Healthy baby and a healthy mama! Praise God🙌🏼🙏🏼”

Scotty and Gabi, who have been married since 2018, first announced their pregnancy back in June.
