The cast of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever gather up for an epic group shot during a special screening event held at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture on Sunday night (October 30) in Washington, DC.
Director Ryan Coogler joined stars Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Tenoch Huerta, and Angela Bassett for the special event, which was hosted by the Chadwick Boseman Foundation for the Arts in celebration of the new film.
Chadwick‘s widow, Taylor Simone Ledward, and his brother, Derrick and his family, were also at the special screening.
Over the weekend, it was revealed that the movie does not have an end credits scene and one of the movie’s producers is explaining why.

Nate Moore spoke to Collider and revealed that an end credits scene didn’t make sense for the flick.
“I think the subject matter of the film was such that it didn’t feel appropriate to have, then, a stinger,” he shared. “Much like [Avengers:] Endgame felt like an emotional experience that you also didn’t need a stinger at the end of this.”
He added, “This felt like we just wanted to tell the story as it was conceived without an added bonus. So, unfortunately there isn’t an end credits [scene].”
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will open in theaters on Friday, November 11.
FYI: Angela wore an Azzi & Osta look. Lupita wore De Beers jewelry.
