Evan Rachel Wood Talks Playing a Villain & Reveals Disney Ambitions

Playing a villain doesn’t come naturally to Evan Rachel Wood.

However, the 35-year-old Weird actress revealed that there is one sort of villain that she would enjoy playing – the Disney sort.

She opened up about her Disney ambitions during a recent interview.

“I don’t like playing the villain most of the time. A lot of people say it’s more fun, but I don’t like being mean,” she explained to /Film. “So it can be hard for me at times.”

“If there was another live-action Disney film, I would love to play a Disney villain or something along those lines,” she added. “This is the amount of villain I can do without feeling terrible.”

Evan is currently playing Madonna in the Weird Al biopic, and the resemblance to the pop icon is uncanny.
