Sarah Drew Dishes On Working With Justin Bruening Again For New Lifetime Movie 'Reindeer Games Homecoming'

Sarah Drew sparkles in a winter white look for the 2022 CMA Awards on Wednesday night (November 9) at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.

The 42-year-old actress was one of the many celebrity presenters at the show, which aired just a few days ahead of her new holiday Lifetime movie, Reindeer Games Homecoming.

In the flick, Sarah reunites with Justin Bruening, who played her husband on Grey’s Anatomy.

Not only is he just a great actor, he’s perfect for this role in every way,” she shared with EW. “We have great chemistry together. And on top of all that, he’s such an incredible team player.”

Sarah added that since the wrap of the movie, she and Justin are looking for more projects together.

“He’s totally a work husband,” she says. “I know we’ll work together again. We are already coming up with ideas of stuff to do together again. We love working together. It’s so fun, and finding ways to make the pairing different and to make the characters different and make the energy different is a fun challenge as well, but we have a blast.”

Sarah continued, “It’s so easy to work with him. And I always know that I’m gonna have an incredibly supportive ally on set with me. When you hire someone you don’t know if that’s going to be the case. I’d love to make movies with my friends forever. It’s just so much fun.”

Reindeer Games Homecoming will air this Saturday, November 12 on Lifetime.
