Allison Janney turned heads during her latest red carpet appearance and fans are applauding her for the outfit she wore!

The 62-year-old Oscar-winning actress wore a totally sheer dress while attending the premiere of her new movie The People We Hate At The Wedding on Wednesday evening (November 16) at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles.
