Thomas Jane Files Claim Against Ex Anne Heche's Estate

Thomas Jane has filed a claim against the estate of his late ex Anne Heche.

The 53-year-old actor worked with Anne from 2009 through 2011 on the HBO series Hung. They later started dating in 2019.

In the legal documents, Thomas alleged that he loaned $157,000 to Anne and that he is still owed $149,106.04. He also is asking to be pay $18.77 in interest each day.

Thomas says in the documents that Anne was supposed to begin repaying the loan in August 2021 through monthly installments of $10,000. He says that she stopped making payments after the first two installments.

People reports that Thomas now claims he is “owed $137,000 in principal, $9,814.79 in interest (as of Nov. 8) and $2,291.85 in late charges.”

Details about Anne‘s estate, including her net worth, were revealed in court last month.
