Keke Palmer Updates Her Angela Bassett Impersonation in ‘Saturday Night Live’ Promo – Watch Now!
Keke Palmer is gearing up to make her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live!
On Wednesday (November 30), the NBC sketch comedy show released the first promo of the 29-year-old Nope actress preparing to host the Saturday, December 3rd episode.
In the promo, Keke showed off her myriad of skills, while also providing an update on her Angela Bassett impersonation.

The promo starts off with SNL cast member Devon Walker approaching Keke as she reads a script.
“I just wanted to say that it’s so cool that you’re hosting this week,” Devon says to Keke. “I mean, you’re like one of Hollywood’s last true triple threats.”
“Well, actually, I’m an octuple threat,” Keke responds, before showing off her singing, acting, and dancing skills.
She then impersonates Angela, re-enacting the Black Panther actress’ scene opposite co-star Danai Gurira in Wakanda Forever.
Devon then asks when Keke‘s other five skills are, who then shows how she’s skilled in beekeeping, painting, doing magic, and perfectly folding a fitted sheet.
When Devon points out that Keke only listed seven “threats,” she responds by saying she “never said I could count.”
“I’ll see you at the show in 10 days,” Keke jokingly exclaims as Devon walks away.
