Selena Gomez Admits She Almost Didn't Put 'My Mind & Me' Out

Selena Gomez bundles up in a chic trench coat while arriving for a special screening of her new documentary, My Mind & Me, at Metrograph in New York City on Wednesday (November 30).

The 30-year-old actress and singer was joined by director Alek Keshishian for the event, which was presented by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Selena admitted she was scared of the project’s debut.

“I’m just so nervous,” she shared. “Because I have the platform I have, it’s kind of like I’m sacrificing myself a little bit for a greater purpose. I don’t want that to sound dramatic, but I almost wasn’t going to put this out.”

Selena added at the time, “God’s honest truth, a few weeks ago, I wasn’t sure I could do it.”
