“Amy and Andrew are divorcing, it’s almost finalized. He moved out earlier this summer,” an insider told Page Six. “They’ve constantly had problems over the years and they finally broke up.”

The former couple got married in 2010. Amy was previously married to Tim McIntosh, who is the father of her two teenage daughters.

Another report in E! News revealed that Amy and Andrew signed a contract to sell their New York City apartment on November 18, two weeks before photos were published of her on various outings with T.J.

The property was listed on September 28 and was eventually sold for $5.2 million.
