Suspects In Takeoff's Murder Arrested & Charged in Houston One Month After Deadly Shooting

Two suspects were apprehended by Houston, Texas police in relation to the shooting that killed Migos rapper Takeoff.

The hitmaker tragically passed away in the early morning hours on November 1 after being shot. He was 28 years old.

Police in the area asked for help in identifying the people responsible for the shooting in the aftermath. Now two people are facing charges.

Patrick Xavier Clark, 33, was arrested in Houston exactly one month after Takeoff‘s death. He was charged with murder. Cameron Joshua, 22, also faces charges for unlawful carrying of a weapon.

The Houston Police Department confirmed the news and shared a press conference on Twitter.

“We lost a good man,” Chief Troy Finner said during it.

Takeoff was honored with a “Celebration of Life” memorial on November 11, which was attended by many celebrities who mourned the loss of their peer.

Since then both Quavo and Offset, Takeoff‘s relatives and Migos partners, released statements honoring his legacy.
