Kevin Bacon Reunites With 'Apollo 13' Director Ron Howard For 'Thirteen Lives' Screening

A mini-Apollo 13 reunion took place this week!
Kevin Bacon stepped out to support Ron Howard at the screening of his new movie, Thirteen Lives, held at Roxy Cinema in New York City on Thursday night (December 8).
If you’re unaware, Kevin starred in the 1995 space race drama flick, which was directed by Ron.
Tom Hanks and the late Bill Paxton also starred in the movie, which chronicled the events of the Apollo 13 lunar mission with astronauts Jim Lovell, Fred Haise and Jack Swigert.
Ron‘s new movie centers on the rescue mission which was assembled in Thailand where a group of young boys and their soccer coach are trapped in a system of underground caves that are flooding.
