Taylor Swift Fans Get a Second Chance at Buying 'Eras Tour' Tickets on Ticketmaster - Here's How!

Some Taylor Swift fans are getting another try.

Select fans received an email on Monday (December 12) offering an “additional opportunity” to buy tickets to her upcoming Eras Tour, a demand that has generated headlines and sparked conversation about Ticketmaster and fairness in the ticket selling process.

Fans who “received a boost” during last month’s Verified Fan presale but didn’t get tickets are the ones receiving the email, which has been shared on social media.

“We apologize for the difficulties you may have experienced, and have been asked by Taylor’s team to create this additional opportunity for you to purchase tickets,” the email reads.

Fans will get individual invitations to submit ticket requests before December 23, and will then be notified if their request was successful.

“Thank you for your patience and we will be in touch soon,” the email ended.

The news comes one day before her 33rd birthday on December 13.
