Channing Tatum & ‘Magic Mike’ Stars React to Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ Tragic Death

Channing Tatum and more members of the Magic Mike movie cast are speaking out with tributes for their late co-star Stephen “tWitch” Boss.

The beloved The Ellen DeGeneres Show DJ and dancer died at the age of 40 on Tuesday (December 13) from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

tWitch appeared in 2015’s Magic Mike XXL as Malik, the rival of Channing‘s title character.

Among those who are paying tribute to tWitch are Channing, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Michael Strahan.

“I have no words. There aren’t any. My head or heart can not understand this. There is just so much… i don’t know where to begin. I love you. I’ll see you again my friend. Until then,” Channing wrote on Instagram along with a selfie.

Matt wrote on Twitter, “RIP Twitch. You were an absolute light in this world- and pure joy to be around. Please reach out if you need help, and check in with your loved ones. This can be a difficult time of year for many. My thoughts are with his family.”

Jada wrote on Instagram, “I woke up this morning to the news that tWitch is gone. My heart aches for his wife Allison and their children Weslie, Maddox and Zaia. My condolences to all his loved ones that he has left behind. We had a lot of good times on the set of Magic Mike. He was so sweet, kind and generous. So many people suffer in silence. I wish he could have known that he didn’t have to. May his beautiful, shining soul rest in the arms of the Great Supreme and may that same Higher Power heal the shattered hearts of his loved ones.🕊️”

Joe tweeted, “Man, I’m going to miss this guy. My heart breaks for his family. There was nothing but light and positivity radiating from him every time we spent time together. RIP Twitch”

Michael tweeted, “RIP to my friend Twitch. From the set of Ellen & Magic Mike to the texts to check in & support each other you were always a real brotha. You are loved & will be missed. Your legacy will always be remembered. Sending my love & condolences to Allison & his family. 💔🙏🏾 #RIPKING”
