Get to Know English Bernhardt, Cady on the ‘Mean Girls’ Tour, with These 10 Fun Facts! (Exclusive)
The touring production of Mean Girls begins performances TONIGHT at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles and we caught up with the show’s star to learn more about her!
English Bernhardt plays the role of Cady Heron in the national tour, taking on the role that was originated by Lindsay Lohan in the film version.
In Mean Girls, Cady Heron may have grown up on an African savanna, but nothing prepared her for the vicious ways of her strange new home: suburban Illinois. Soon, this naïve newbie falls prey to a trio of lionized frenemies led by the charming but ruthless Regina George. But when Cady devises a plan to end Regina’s reign, she learns the hard way that you can’t cross a Queen Bee without getting stung.
English has previously toured the country in the musical If/Then and has appeared in regional productions of musicals like Next to Normal, Les Miserables, and Evita.
