Kate Hudson, Austin Butler, Angela Bassett & More Stars Attend Directors to Watch Brunch at 2023 Palms Springs International Film Festival

Kate Hudson, Austin Butler and Angela Bassett were just a few of the stars on hand for Variety’s Directors to Watch Brunch during the 2023 Palm Springs International Film Festival.

The star-studded event took place at Parker Palm Springs on Friday (January 6) in Palm Springs, Calif.

Austin was joined by Elvis director Baz Luhrmann, who was recognized with the Creative Impact in Directing Award.

Kate attended with Glass Onion director Rian Johnson. Others in attendance included the likes of Eva Longoria, Brian Tyree Henry and Danielle Deadwyler. Check out pics of everyone in the gallery!
