Andy Dick Arrested for Public Intoxication & Failure to Register as Sex Offender

Andy Dick is facing more legal trouble.

At 12:30am on Friday morning (January 13), the 57-year-old comedian was arrested in Lake Elsinore, Calif. after deputies got a call about about an intoxicated person, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department shared in a press release.

When they arrived on the scene, the deputies found Andy showing signs of being intoxicated and he was arrested without incident.

When they checked Andy‘s records, the deputies found that he was a registered sex offender, but his registration was not up to date.

Andy was ultimately booked into a detention center on two charges – being under the influence of alcohol in public and failing to register as a sex offender.

Andy had to register as a sex offender after he was convicted of groping an Uber driver in 2018.

This is the third time Andy has been arrested in less than a year. This past October Andy was arrested after he was accused of theft in Santa Barbara. In May 2022, he was arrested during a YouTube livestream on suspicion of sexual battery.
