Dave Franco & Alison Brie's 4th Collaboration, 'Somebody I Used to Know,' Gets New Trailer - Watch Now!

Dave Franco‘s Somebody I Used to Know has its very first trailer, and it’s co-written by his frequent collaborator (who also happens to be his wife) Alison Brie!

Here’s a synopsis: Workaholic TV producer Ally (Brie) faces a major professional setback which sends her running to the comforts of her hometown. She spends a whirlwind evening reminiscing with her first love Sean (Jay Ellis) and starts to question everything about the person she’s become. Things only get more confusing when she discovers Sean is getting married to Cassidy (Kiersey Clemons) whose confidence and creative convictions remind Ally of who she used to be. The film is an unconventional love story about three people who unexpectedly help each other rediscover who they really are, where they came from, and where they’re going.

The film marks the fourth collaboration between Dave and Alison, who also worked together on The Rental, The Disaster Artist, and The Little Hours.

Haley Joel Osment, Danny Pudi, Julie Hagerty, and Amy Sedaris also star in the film, which launches on Prime Video on February 10, 2023.
