Christina Applegate Calls Out Troll Who Claimed She Had ‘Bad Plastic Surgery’

Christina Applegate is calling out a troll who claimed that her appearance was the result of bad plastic surgery.

The Dead to Me actress had shared a photo of herself with her daughter at the recent Critics Choice Awards over the weekend, and that’s when the troll came for her.

After sharing the photo, Christina admitted that she then made the mistake of reading the comments.

“Sooooo I made the unfortunate decision to look at some comments on an article from people mag about me and my kids at the CCA,” she shared in a new tweet.

Along with her tweet, Christina attached a screenshot of the comment, where the troll told her that her appearance had been the result of bad plastic surgery and not her MS.

“Of course I told her that it wasn’t nice,” Christina said. “This was her reply. What is wrong with people. By the way, I laughed.”

Christina‘s appearance was actually her first awards show since being diagnosed. Ahead of the ceremony, the actress shared that she was nervous about it.
