James Middleton Reveals Sisters Kate & Pippa Attended Therapy Sessions With Him

James Middleton is opening up about his therapy sessions and how his sisters, Kate (Catherine, Princess of Wales), and Pippa, were there to support him.

The 35-year-old entrepreneur wrote an essay for The Sunday Times about his siblings unwavering support through his personal, difficult times – the passing of his dog, Ella.

Here’s an excerpt of what James wrote, as he remembered his canine best friend:

“During the difficult times, I would go through an entire day without speaking to a single person, only Ella,” he penned.

James continued, “I said everything to her before I ever said it to anyone else. Describing how I felt out loud to Ella helped me talk to my therapist, family and friends…I have thought about suicide but never actually contemplated it. My thoughts were stopped short because Ella got in the way.”

“My sisters came to some of my therapy sessions,” he then revealed. “They’ve always been there during difficult times and they were at my side during the hardest of times as well.”

James said that Kate, Pippa, and both of their own families came to say their own goodbyes to Ella as well.

“All the family came to say their goodbyes. I can’t speak for them but I believe she influenced their lives too. Lupo, Catherine and William’s dog, was one of Ella’s puppies. My sister Pippa and her husband have a pup from Ella, as do other family members,” he shared.
