Jason Sudeikis & Olivia Wilde Are Still Battling Over Child Support (Report)

Jason‘s lawyer, Bill Beslow, has gone to a New York judge to resolve all child support issues, according to a new report from TMZ.

Last summer, both a New York judge and a California judge ruled all custody issues should be handled in Los Angeles, but the lawyer went to a New York court in early January to ask the judge to handle the issues.

A judge set the hearing date for February 15.

Sources connected to Jason say he does not want any child support from Olivia, and is willing to pay her “a reasonable amount” in child support, decided by the ex-couple or a New York judge.

Olivia is reportedly “baffled” because both a New York judge and a California judge have already said this is to be decided in Los Angeles.

Her lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Olivia’s New York lawyer have filed legal documents asking the judge on February 15 to dismiss the move to handle child support in New York, so a judge in Los Angeles can decide.
