A 'Wicked' Original Cast Member Is Returning to the Broadway Show, Almost 20 Years Later!

Wicked will be celebrating its 20th anniversary on Broadway this year and an original cast member is returning to the show!
The beloved musical opened on Broadway in October 2003 and is currently the fifth longest-running show of all time. A movie version is currently in production in London and it will be split into two parts, with part one being released Christmas 2024 and the second part one year later.
Wicked looks at what happened in the Land of Oz – but from a different angle. There is a young woman, born with emerald-green skin – smart, fiery, misunderstood and possessing an extraordinary talent. When she meets a bubbly blonde who is exceptionally popular, their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships until the world decides to call one good and the other one wicked.

William Youmans is returning to Wicked
William Youmans, who originated the role of Dr. Dillamond back in 2003, will be returning to the role on March 7.
He will be joined in the cast by Alyssa Fox as Elphaba, McKenzie Kurtz as Glinda, John Dossett as The Wizard, James D. Gish as Fiyero, Michele Pawk as Madame Morrible, Kimber Elayne Sprawl as Nessarose, and Michael Wartella as Boq.
A lot of actors recently joined the cast of the Wicked movies.
