Seth Rogen Doesn't Think There Have Been Any Good High School Movies Since 'Superbad'

Seth Rogen still thinks of his movie, Superbad, as the king of high school movies.

The 40-year-old writer and actor opened up in a new movie with People about the legacy of the 2007 movie, and shared that it’s still the best high school movie since then.

Seth revealed to the outlet that Gabriel LaBelle, who stars with Seth in The Fabelmans, is a huge fan of the movie.

“What’s crazy is that Gabe LaBelle is like 19 years old and his and his friends’ favorite movie is Superbad,” he said, before adding that the movie “never changed for some reason.”

Seth then claimed that “No one’s made a good high school movie since then.”

If you recall, Superbad centered on two inseparable best friends navigate the last weeks of high school and are invited to a gigantic house party.

The movie starred Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Emma Stone.

Just recently, Seth got in a good roast about this television network.
