Andrew Walker & Nikki DeLoach Dish on Working On Their 5th Hallmark Movie Together For 'Curious Caterer: Grilling Season'

Andrew Walker and Nikki DeLoach are one of the most iconic pairings on Hallmark, and their 5th movie together, Curious Caterer Mysteries: Grilling Season, is debuting TONIGHT!

Ahead of the premiere, the two fan favorite actors opened up about reuniting once again for the movie, which is the second in Hallmark’s signature mystery series.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Andrew and Nikki opened up about working together on their fifth project together.

“It always feels like, ‘I can’t believe we get to do this again,’” Nikki shared about their team up. “I don’t know, Andrew, if you feel the same way, but I never take one for granted.”

She added that “every single time we get to do another movie together, it just feels like we were handed this incredible gift yet again.”

Andrew then chimed in, saying that “the beautiful thing about working with Nikki is that we could work together 20, 30 times, but I feel like we both come into it with fresh eyes constantly.”

“I think that’s what’s so cool about working with Nikki is that we’re always trying to elevate each other and the story and our characters,” he adds. “This project, we worked with Nikki’s acting coach, which we didn’t do for the first one, and we scratched the surface on how the relationship could eventually evolve.”

Andrew adds, “That’s the really neat thing about working with Nikki is that I could do it a hundred times with her and it’s still fresh because she has this work ethic and this excitement and this passion for what she does that we both are very similar.”

Nikki and Andrew have starred in four other movies together: A Dream of Christmas, The Perfect Catch, Sweet Autumn, and the first Curious Caterer Mystery, Dying For Chocolate.

Here’s a summary for the new movie: Caterer Goldy Berry reunites with detective Tom Schultz when a realtor is murdered. As they uncover personal and professional rivalries, they realize the culprit is closer than expected.
