Chris Brown Apologizes To Robert Glasper Over Losing Grammy To Him

Chris Brown has issued a public apology to Robert Glasper, following his tirade about losing a Grammy to the musician.

If you missed it, the 33-year-old shared his frustration about losing the Best R&B Album award to Robert, who won for his own album, Black Radio III.

“Who the f*ck is Robert Glasper,” he wrote on his Instagram Stories on Sunday (February 5). “I gotta get my skills up… ima start playing the harmonica.”

Now, Chris is apologizing…

Following his call out, and a chance to dive into Robert‘s career, Chris has sent an apology to him.

Chris sent a DM straight to Robert, and then shared it with fans, via Variety.

“Congratulations my brother… I would like to apologize if you took offense to my reaction at the Grammys. You were not the intended target and I know I came off really rude and mean,” he stated.

Chris continued, “After doing my research I actually think you’re amazing…the organization isn’t doing us Blacks our due diligence. You and I should never be in the same category… two totally different vibes and genres. So from one Black man to another, congratulations. Hope you are able to feed your family for life. God bless my G.”
