Gus Kenworthy Says His Gay Kiss Was Cut From '80 For Brady': 'Release The Tapes!'

Gus Kenworthy has revealed that one of his scenes in 80 For Brady has been cut from the final film.

The 31-year-old athlete turned actor spoke to Variety at a recent event, and opened up about the scene that was cut – which was a kiss between him and Brian Jordan Alvarez.

Gus shared with the outlet that his and Brian‘s make out scene was indeed cut from the movie, and the reason he was given was for time constraints.

“They said they had to cut it for time, but I think they cut it for Middle America,” he said, sharing his theories.

According to Gus, there were actually several takes of the scene with “some of them” getting “raunchy.”

“Release the tapes!” he added. “See if you can get that trending. They used the script for one take, but then we did it like four or fives times where we would just ad-lib insults at each other and then make out.”
