David Guetta 'Collaborates' with Eminem Through Use of AI Technology

Fans online aren’t the only ones using AI technology to hear their favorite artists on hit songs anymore after David Guetta introduced a “collaboration” with Eminem during one of his shows.

By now, you’ve likely seen at least one faked demo of an artist like Ariana Grande “singing” another musician’s song while scrolling Twitter. The songs aren’t real and have been created using AI technology.

The 55-year-old “I’m Good (Blue)” producer hopped on social media to share one of his own deep fake tracks, referring to it as a collab with “Emin-AI-em.”

David shared a video of himself introducing the number during a recent show. Later in the video, he explained that he made the song “as a joke.”

“It worked so good! I could not believe it,” he said.

How did he do it? He used several websites and explained the process.

The first website provided the lyrics: “Basically you can write lyrics in the style of any artist you like,” he explained. “So I typed ‘Write a verse in the style of Eminem about future rave.”

The second site was used to “recreate” Eminem‘s voice.

David promised not to release the song commercially. However, he has clearly played it live for fans, noting that “people went nuts” to hear it.

Eminem does not appear to have commented on the faked collab. However, the rapper’s family recently shared some very big news.
