Paula Abdul Says 2 Psychics Predicted 'American Idol' Success Before She Got the Job

Paula Abdul is sharing her experience with psychics.

The 60-year-old “Cold Hearted” superstar, who has a new partnership with Psychics1on1, revealed that two predictions came true from psychics in the past.

“I had been told by two different spiritual advisors and psychics that I’m going to end up doing a job – a show,” she said to Daily Mail.

“60 million albums is going to be nothing compared to a TV show that I’m going to be doing that is going to be a global success around the world,” she continued to share of the predictoin, saying the readings happened three and two years respectively before she signed up for the show.

“I was told the difficulties of the job and who I’d be sitting in between,” she added, referring to fellow judges Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell. She said it would be a “talent show,” and a “juggernaut” that would “transcend generations.”

“Almost three years to the time that I got this advice, it all happened with American Idol. So it was, you know – it’s crazy.”

“I am just really all about spiritual guidance and these amazing people have helped me,” she said of her new job with Psychics1on1 alongside her longtime friend, Robert Earl, the founder of Planet Hollywood, adding: “Sometimes you just need a little bit of guidance and advice.”

She signed on to the show in 2002, and would judge for eight seasons. Find out the reason she decided to leave!
