Stephen, who passed away by suicide at the age of 40 on December 13, did not have any legal documents filed at the time of his death.

The outlet reports that Allison filed a “spousal property petition” which asks the court to pass on the property to the “surviving spouse or surviving registered domestic partner without administration.”

The documents do say that at the time of their marriage in 2013, Stephen didn’t have much to his net worth, or any property at all.

“At the date of marriage decedent owned only personal effects of little value,” the docs say, adding that “There are no written agreements between (Allison) and (Stephen) providing for a non-pro-rata division of the aggregate value of the community property.”

Allison‘s request is asking the court to order half of the properties listed to be transferred into her name, and that includes any royalties from his television career.

Stephen, who was laid to rest in December, left behind three children with Allison, daughters Weslie and Zaia, and son, Maddox.
