Penn Badgley opened up about You, Taylor Swift and Gossip Girl in a new interview.

The 36-year-old is back in action as Joe, the serial killer who is still somehow charming, in the fourth season of the Netflix series. He explained that it was conscious decision to play up the character’s attractive features while speaking with Rolling Stone.

The actor also touched on TikTok where he’s gone viral and revealed his thoughts on the since-cancelled Gossip Girl reboot after starring in the original series.
