Sam Asghari Attends 'Star Trek: Picard' Premiere Without Britney Spears After Denouncing Intervention Rumors

Sam Asghari hit the red carpet last night after defending his wife Britney Spears.

The 28-year-old model and budding actor attended the premiere for the final season of Paramount+’s Star Trek: Picard at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Thursday evening (February 9) in Hollywood, Calif.

Sam kept it casual, wearing a plaid jacket with matching pants for the event. He joked on his Instagram story that the audience confused him with Rob Kardashian.

His outing comes following reports about Britney‘s health and an alleged intervention.

Earlier on Thursday, a report broke that those close to the pop star were concerned about her mental health and were planning to stage an intervention.

Sam denied that any sort of intervention took place, noting that “my wife is in full control of her life and will continue to make all decisions involving her care regardless of circumstances.”

Britney herself also slammed the report and said she was considering leaving Instagram in the aftermath.
