Vin Diesel Reveals the Marvel Star He Wants to Join the 'Fast & Furious' Franchise

Vin Diesel wants to continue expanding the Fast & Furious franchise with more A-list stars!

At the premiere of the Fast X on Thursday (February 9), the 55-year-old actor, who stars as protagonist Dom Toretto, revealed the Marvel star he wants to join the movie franchise.

While chatting with Variety, Vin said that he wants Robert Downey Jr. to appear in a future Fast & Furious movie.

“Without telling you too much about what happens in the future, there’s a character who is the antithesis of Dom who is promoting AI and driverless cars and a philosophy that with that goes your freedom,” Vin said. “There is somebody that believes that’s the future, and that’s at direct odds with the Toretto mentality.”

Also at the premiere, Vin‘s co-star Michelle Rodriguez said that she wants Matt Damon to star in a new Fast & Furious movie.

“Who’s the guy from these amazing Jason Bourne movies? Matt Damon!” Michelle, 44, said. “I f–king want Matt Damon. Matt Damon, would you be in a ‘Fast and Furious’ movie? C’mon, we got four Oscar winners, man. And you’re an Oscar winner!”
