Chris Brown Implies He was Cancelled for Racist Reasons, Lists White Stars who Were Also Arrested for Domestic Violence & Reacts to Hate He Gets

Chris Brown opened up about his past and the way that he was cancelled after he was called out by another celebrity.

The 33-year-old musician was dissed by Kiely Williams after it was announced that he had a collab coming with Chloe Bailey.

“Let him come out with his own record—so genius, so captivating that it makes us all forget HE BEATS WOMEN. He can’t so he wont. So what does he do,” she tweeted on Thursday (February 16). “He slowly creeps back into the mainstream by getting small nods for features on Black Women’s merit. Black women who are more talented, more worthy, but give him the okay.”

She continued, signing off with “garbage.”

The message made a strong reference to Chris‘ 2009 arrest after he assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna. He has also had other allegedly strained relationships with women in the past.

For instance, his ex Karrueche Tran was granted a permanent restraining order against Chris in 2017, according to E News. She also accused Chris of being verbally and physically abusive.

Taking to his Instagram story, he responded to the message, claiming that he was cancelled for racist reasons and that certain white stars would also be cancelled if they were held to the same standard.

“IF YALL STILL HATE ME FOR A MISTAKE I MADE AS A 17 year old please kiss my whole entire a-s,” he wrote. “IM F-CKING 33! IM SO TIRED OF YALL RUNNING WIT THIS NARRATIVE.”

Chris continued, shifting the focus to cancel culture: “Where are the cancel culture with these white artists that date underage women, BEAT THE F-CK OUT THEIR WIVES, GIVING B-TCHES AIDS,” he wrote. “OH. That’s right.. THEY ARE YOUR BUDDIES.”

“NO MORE FAKE LOVE FROM ME.. STAY OUT MY WAY OR GET RAN OVER SIMPLE AS THAT,” he wrote.

He proceeded to share photos of several stars who had been arrested or faced charges for domestic violence or domestic assault. Each photo was accompanied by a snippet from an alleged article about the arrest.

The list Chris provided included stars such as Sean Penn, Mel Gibson, Nicolas Cage, Ozzy Osbourne, Tommy Lee, Charlie Sheen, Emma Roberts, Carmen Electra, Josh Brolin, James Caan and Christian Slater.

“I got time today,” Chris wrote. He continued, sharing several memes and finding footage of a time when he appeared on a Disney show with Kiely.

Chris spoke out about his relationship with Rihanna in 2017. He also reacted to her Super Bowl Halftime Show performance earlier this week.
