Jacob Officially Goes Missing & Disappears On Hallmark Channel's 'The Way Home'

One of the biggest moments fans have been waiting to see is the moment when Jacob goes missing on The Way Home – and it’s finally here.

The brand new episode of Hallmark Channel‘s supernatural series will air Tonight, February 26, and reveal all the events that happened around Jacob’s disappearance – both in the past and present.

Here’s the official logline: When the town plans to hold the carnival for the first time since Jacob (Remy Smith) disappeared, Del (Andie MacDowell) faces painful memories that help her start to heal.

Meanwhile, Kat (Chyler Leigh) puts her expertise as a journalist to work as she tries to piece together the events surrounding Jacob’s disappearance and gains new insight. Unbeknownst to each other, Kat and Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) decide to try and change the past.
