Jason started his acceptance speech by honoring his wife Amanda Anka and their two daughters.
“Thank you to the people who watched the show because if you didn’t I wouldn’t be here,” Jason began. “And I get to say thank you to my wife Amanda, my two kids at home, Maple [and] Francesca, they made me feel like I was a good dad even though I was gone for 6 months every year. They’re better actors than I am.”
Jason also paid tribute to his Ozark co-stars.
“This cast taught me so much and made the show everything that it is,” Jason said. “You made the show incredible.”
Jason was nominated alongside Better Call Saul‘s Bob Odenkirk, Severance‘s Adam Scott, Better Call Saul‘s Jonathan Banks, and The Old Man‘s Jeff Bridges.
Congrats Jason!
