Famed Plastic Surgeon Claims 1 Form of Exercise Accelerates Aging, Video Goes Viral as Many Are Upset!

The exercise in question is about long distance running.
First, a little bit about the doctor. He’s been featured in a ton of magazines and articles for his work over the years. His website indicates that he’s a “board-certified, world renowned plastic surgeon, and has performed over 25,000 surgical procedures.”
He’s reportedly 82-year-old, and in his time practicing medicine, he “pioneered the Limited Incision Facelift Technique and specializes in surgical procedures for face, breast, and body.” He also created the Youth Corridor Clinic and a skincare collection to fight aging.
This is how he amassed his 44,000+ followers on TikTok.
“I have a pet peeve. Half my patients love me for it, and half my patients hate me for it,” the doctor said in his video that has gotten over 2 million views at this point.
He added that it’s “perfectly fine to run a little bit every day or run a couple of miles a few times a week,” but his issue comes with those who run a lot as their main form of exercise.
“Have you ever seen a long-distance, longtime runner that didn’t have a gaunt, old face?” he said in the video. “That’s what happens.”
