“Your knees go, your ankles go, [and] your back goes,” he shared in the video. “It’s kind of dumb.”
“So if you want to run a little bit, terrific but no-impact or low-impact aerobics is really the way to get your exercise,” he added. He captioned the video with, “Did you know there are exercises that can accelerate your wrinkles?”
A fan asked him why wrinkling happens from running, and he responded in the comments, “It is the facial movement that happens while you run.” He recommended low-impact or no-impact exercise.
