Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Pull Out of Purchasing a Home for the Second Time (Report)

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are backing out of a home purchase.

The couple have dropped out of escrow again on a house they were about to buy, according to a new report from TMZ over the weekend.

According to their sources, Ben and Jen are stepping away from plans to purchase the Pacific Palisades home for $34.5 million.

They were supposed to close escrow last week, but just before it was signed, they pulled out.

They were also spotted at a nearby mansion earlier last week while they were still in escrow on the other house, so they seemingly have not settled on a purchase just yet.

Jennifer and Ben are now in escrow on yet another house, TMZ reports.

This is at least the second house they’ve been in escrow on but backed out of last minute, they add.
