Raquel Leviss' Sent Legal Letter to 'Vanderpump Rules' Cast Amid Tom Sandoval Cheating Scandal

Raquel Leviss is getting litigious with her Vanderpump Rules castmates amid the revelation that she carried on a secret romance with Tom Sandoval, who was in a relationship with co-star Ariana Madix.
The 28-year-old reality TV star sent a letter on Monday (March 6) to several cast members and friends, warning them that a recording of a FaceTime conversation she had with Tom that led to his split with Ariana was done “illegally without Raquel‘s knowledge or consent,” according to a new report via TMZ.
Lala Kent was among the cast members to receive the legal letter, and she angrily responded with a video, saying the legal team sent the letter to her personal email account, rather than through her legal counsel.
Her attorneys also cited a revenge p-rn law in the California penal code outlawing “nonconsensual p-rnography,” which makes it a crime to invade someone’s privacy and spread the material.
The letter also warns that any distribution of the recording would be a violation, via TMZ.
It does not specifically accuse Tom of illegally recording the conversation, but sources who have seen the video tell the outlet it’s only the two of them on the call.
The letter orders anyone in possession of the recording to delete it from their phones, the cloud or “any other manner or method in which the recording may exist.”
“This matter should be taken very seriously,” it warns.
Fans also theorize that the two were hinting at their affair for months.
