James Charles Drenches Himself in Blood for 'Scream 6' Premiere, Paints His Face in Makeup for Young Hollywood Party

James Charles is rocking some of his most distinctive makeup looks to date this week, and they both involve body paint.

The 23-year-old beauty guru turned himself into one of Ghostface’s victims by drenching himself in fake blood when he attended the Scream 6 premiere at the Saban Theatre on Tuesday (March 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

To achieve the look, he splattered red body paint all over his face and his white dress shirt, which was worn under a black suit. James was so committed to the look that he painted “blood” on his hands and fingernails, too.

James delivered a similarly creative look using paints when he attended the Vanity Fair And TikTok Celebrate Vanities: A Night For Young Hollywood on Wednesday (March 8) in Los Angeles.

This time around, he turned his face into a colorful canvas by using a rainbow of colors across his eyes, cheeks, nose and lips. He even painted his blazer with additional splatters.
