Prince Harry Reveals What Gets Him Out of Bed Every Day, & He Had a 2-Part Answer

Prince Harry opened up about what drives him.

The 38-year-old Duke of Sussex made an appearance alongside BetterUp CEO Alexi Robichaux on Wednesday (March 8) at the Uplift summit in San Francisco, Calif.

While onstage, he was asked about what gets him out of bed in the morning, and his two-part answer was very touching.

“For me, personally, I get so much out of helping other people. To be in the service of others is what drives me, what gets me out of bed every day,” Prince Harry explained, according to People.

He continued, noting “Then, you have kids.”

“Kids ground you,” he added.

Prince Harry shares two children – Prince Archie, 3, and Princess Lilibet, 21 months – with Meghan Markle.

Speaking of the couple’s children, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently reaffirmed that their children will be referred to with the titles Prince and Princess. You might be curious how the palace responded to the move.
