Britney Spears Reveals Her Movie Star Crush as a Teen, Talks Filming 'Music Videos' with Friends & the Mariah Carey Song She Chose for Her First One

Britney Spears‘ passion for the music industry can be traced back to well before she became a household name.
The 41-year-old “Oops!…I Did It Again” pop phenom hopped on social media to reflect on how she and her friends channeled their creativity as young teens – filming faux “music videos.”
She revealed that they started doing so around the age of 13 and that her first video was set to a Mariah Carey song. She even revealed the famous celebrity who stood in for her love interest in it!
Fun fact, her teen crush is someone who is still releasing movies today.

Taking to Instagram, Britney shared a photo from a photoshoot she posed for as a teen.
“I never even knew I took this pic,” she wrote, noting that the shoot took place the same time that she and her friends started filming together.
“My first pretend video was ‘Dreamlover’ by Mariah Carey outside with my mom’s heels on while walking through a garden with an umbrella,” she recalled, adding that “The video was the worst thing I have ever seen in my entire life.”
She and her friends had a creative way to add a love interest to the videos: “We would cut out a picture of our favorite guy from a magazine and hold the 200 dollar video camera over his face so the video would have a love interest.”
One man always stood in for Britney - Antonio Bandares.
It would seem that Britney‘s feelings for Antonio are still there. In an earlier post on Instagram, she hyped up his Puss in Boots franchise.
The pop star previously revealed a performance where she “actually felt like a star” and compared it to her experience touring.
