'The Crown' Begins Filming Prince William & Kate Middleton Scenes - See the First Photos!

The Netflix series The Crown is currently in the middle of filming season six and it will feature Prince William and Kate Middleton as young adults!

Ed McVey and Meg Bellamy were spotted filming college scenes for the show on Friday (March 17) in St. Andrews, Scotland.

The royal couple met while studying at University of St Andrews in Scotland in 2001. They were both residents in the same dorm and began dating in 2003.

The photos of Ed and Meg on set come just one day after it was confirmed that the royal love story will be featured in the Netflix series.

Season 6 is the sixth and final season of the show, set to center around the late ’90s and early ’00s in the lives of the royal family. See who else is joining the cast, and who is returning!
